August 18 – Pants

Suzy is brought to you by free postcard-sized paper. There is so much of it, I’m not sure what to do with it all.

Whew!  I am glad I finally got to use those pants!!  I made them all the way back in February and was just waiting for the day Suzy would need them.  Today marks Suzy’s 50th entry, so yaaay!  It seems appropriate to use them now.  However, I will save the victory speech for two weeks from now when Suzy will be officially a year old!  Thanks for hanging in there (or if you’re new, stopping by to visit)!

A Happy Thanksgiving to those residing in the States.  A good fattening meal with family and friends is the best thing in the world next to a bejeweler.  According to Suzy. :)

Aw. Every little girl seems to like pink. I wonder why? I was always PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE growing up, but then seemed to have regressed back to pink lately xD . Happy Thanksgiving to you btw!

I think girls somehow inherently feel that pink is one of the few colors that boys will never fully “claim.” They sense it is “their very own.” :)

Ah – that seems reasonable, although pink used to be a popular color for men a few hundred years back? Red./pink was a sign of status. Pink homes in the south were en vogue apparently.
